Yesterday, about 40 minutes before sunset, the moon brightly glowed in the canvas of a clear blue sky.

  2. Thanks 4urpets. I was amazed at the details that showed in the photo of the moon. I was out in the bitter cold trying to take a close-up shot of icicles. Then I noticed that moon overhead and zoomed in on it. I tend to like the dear old moon and I hope to get more shots of her faces at nighttime and throughout the seasons.
