Yesterday evening, as we traveled east to Topeka, Kansas, mighty thunderstorms grew and expanded across the skies.
While in the city among the throngs of cars, busyness, stores and gusty winds, I photographed the thunderstorm cloudscapes.
I also photographed some cityscapes while surrounded by these glorious thunderstorm cloudscapes. I’ll be posting the cityscape photos for the next few days.

Nice shots. I really like the first photo. Both my wife & I love watching storms.
Wow, these are great!
I painted a little on my/your stone wall last night. Keep your eye out for more painting references please.
Great shots. Those are some amazing clouds.
wow, excellent sky!! very dramatic clouds!
Your Kansas clouds are bigger than my Wisconsin clouds. LOTS bigger!
I’m a cloud and sky watcher…. with a camera. Kansas weather provides cloudscapes galore from spring through autumn. Many more to come….
Thank you razzbuffnik, Bill (keeping an eye out for your stone wall painting), Robin, Toma, and Bo for your comments and stopping by.
