While picking up rocks in the Kansas countryside, there was a lizard, a snake, and a centipede. The snake quickly slithered away. Preston captured a photo of the Eastern Collared lizard, a baby lizard, and I took it home. Pictures to come soon of our new pet lizard. It is so cute! Today I have to get some crickets for the lizard to eat. We haven’t named it yet. I’m familiar with lizards and keeping them… another story. This is about the centipede, the hundred footer. Wicked looking, isn’t it?
