These are all treasures to celebrate this fun time. I love the look on his face in the last photo.

Great series of shots – that canon being fired BANG !!!!!!!!!! brilliant

  5. Hi Bo. Photography is wonderful in capturing time, place, and memories in unique ways. The young man very close to the cannon definitely had some expressions throughout the event.

Hi burstmode. I just happen to love mules. I had a mule talk with the cavalry man pictured between the mules. He is known as a mule whisperer.

Hi montucky. I really liked the black and white with these particular shots as the color was too bright and took away from the subject.

Hi YB. The cannon being fired were very, very loud. Beside me had been two other photographers… professionals, and we were like posed monkeys waiting crouched on the hot ground. As soon as there was a shouted “Fire!” our cameras started rapid clicking. When it boomed, it sat all three of us back with ringing ears and dazed looks. LOL I enjoyed it thoroughly.

Thank you, everyone, for commenting and stopping by. :)
